Sr. JAVA DEVELOPERS
Proven experience in application design and development with OO Technologies and Java stack of tools. Expected total experience is in the range of 6 to 8 years on Java based application development.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, or MCA.
Required Skills:
- Strong at software development, with good understanding of SDLC and the methodologies like waterfall, agile etc.
- Strong at Object Oriented Programming, Core Java, Hibernate etc.
- Strong at generating quality and effective code and at conducting code reviews.
- Exposure to implementing Interoperable interaction with the latest API based programming, Web Services.
- Exposure to UI technologies like HTML, JSP, Java Script, JQUERY, AJAX, CSS etc.
- Strong at RDBMS and DB Programming, and at the technologies Oracle, SQL Server.
- Strong at Frameworks like Struts, Spring etc.
- Good technical aptitude and sharp at learning and using new technologies.
- Strong at generating quality and effective code and at conducting code reviews.
- Good at requirements analysis, and with exposure to product development.
- Good at generating the documents like Requirements Analysis, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design etc.
- Good at communication and subject articulation (both written and spoken).
- Good team player, enjoys mentoring the juniors and getting mentored by the seniors.
